We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud/unauthorised /suspicious or illegal transaction is suspected.

Delivery Times

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

The items will be shipped from different warehouse(s) with different locations depending on the brand(s) ordered. This info can be found on the brand’s products page.

Shipping

Once an order is placed, you receive an email notification and will find the details in the “orders” section of your account. You have the option of setting the shipping quotes for different regions based on the territory. The designer is responsible for packaging and shipping of all B to C orders. VAT charges will be calculated automatically based on the customer’s country. Returns and customer service will be the partner’s responsibility. When the shopping bag is confirmed on our e-shop and payment confirmed, payment is then redirected to your bank account minus Pink Heater’s commission. 

 

Returns, Exchanges & Rembursement

 

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to contact us. Every return & exchange after the 14 days period is solely the brand's decision and their own returns policy. Pinkheater/Viamalaura Companies are not liable or responsible for any damages/returns whatsoever.

 

We request you to please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. A sale will be deemed final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is carelessly used or incomplete.

 

Upon return of an item the brand’s expert will screen all returns. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.

The accepted cases will be given a full reimbursement of the amount paid (except shipping costs) or an exchange (depending on the stock).

 

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

 

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

 

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.
